This morning I woke up and was checking my whole pile of emails, like 100s so I’m not exaggerating . So whiles checking I saw that Digg had sent me an email concerning me being invited to the New Digg Alpha (without me requesting for one ), that is the Digg v4 Alpha testing. And this email had me jumping all around my room, hehe , and then around the house and telling my mum and dad about it (guess that’s good exercise ) just like when I was listed as one of the Top 10 Twitter People Of The Day By The Top Ten Blog. Yeah, if you are not into tech, computers, the internet, and geekism like I am, being invited to participate in a new version of Digg will seem not important or valueless to you but to a geek it’s everything . And by everything, I mean everything .

What’s Been My Experience So Far The Past Few Hours I’ve Been Testing Digg v4 Alpha?

So I’ve joined the Digg v4 Alpha testing guys and so far, even though it’s just been hours, I’m having fun already. Checking out the new features and all the old things have received new faces and things which did not change.

So now that I’m part of the Digg v4 Alpha, I’ll be your guardian angel on the Digg v4 and bring you all the new features that I see there and also share with you my thoughts about the new features, new changes, and anything at all that I would think about Digg v4 journey.

For the few hours that I’ve been Alpha testing the Digg v4, all I can say now is that they’ve added some Twitter features and Twitter features names like follow, unfollow, followers, and following (followers and following are known as “Friends” in Digg v3), and also when I was signing up, the sign up process looked very much like Twitter’s sign up process.

So as the days go by, like I said above, I’ll be your guardian angel on the Digg v4 creation process .

Oh, am I so happy . So brace yourself for the wonderful things to come.

Oh, and if you want to test too, you can request an invite by going to http://new.digg.com/ . I didn’t request an invite. Digg sent it to me themselves. God’s entire doing. Thank you God. Love you . So since I didn’t request an invite, I don’t how long that process is going to take. But in everything you should try, so if you want an invite, request for one and keep your faith and keep your fingers crossed and you might get one .
